2nd Discussion: Wednesday, May 1 - The facts about the End of Life Option Act and how it works. We'll cover how a person qualifies, how to access a doctor to help you, what services are available locally, what meds are used, and what to expect.
Join us for coffee and connection every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Each coffee chat has an interesting topic of conversation and monthly presenters from the community. Coffee and refreshments are provided.
