Volunteer Application Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer for SLO Village Movement.

Please fill out the following application and provide two references with a direct phone number for each individual.

For the references, we ask that you provide TWO non-familial relations (i.e., do not submit spouse, siblings, or children) and preferably ONE professional reference contact. 

Once your application is complete, you will be contacted via email with the next steps in the volunteer vetting process including a request for a background check through Sterling Volunteers.
